Aisha Jamila Hinds is an American actor who is most well known for her roles in TV series The Shield and True Blood. She has proven her versatility in 2003 with her amazing performances on television shows such as 9-1-1 Detroit as well as 1-8-7 as well as Under the Dome. In 2005, she received attention initially for her role as Anna in Assault on Precinct 13 However it was her performance as feminist campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer in the biographical film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actor. Her father Krishnaraj passed away in March of 2017 after a lengthy stint as a scientist in India's Army. Vrinda, her mother is a domestic worker. It was a dance and musical version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan has brought her fame and her beauty to her first major English film. After releasing Provoked: A True Story in English, she went back to Bollywood and appeared in the film Dhoom: 2 (2007). In April 2007 she married Abhishek Bachchan, a regular co-star and the son of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage which brought together two of India's most powerful people.
